BorderWeb opened for business in 2005, and is owned and operated by Rodney Lyman. Originally from Newton, Iowa, Lyman spends the winters at his home in Del Rio,  Texas,  a small city on the Mexico border, made famous by radio's first "shock jock" Wolfman Jack.  Running a website company provides mobility, allowing Lyman to spend his summers back home, in Iowa. In the summer of 2011, BorderWeb began excepting Central Iowa clients.

BorderWeb's Del Rio office also has a small computer repair shop, where our Del Rio clientele benefit from Lyman's computer service expertise, and extensive experience with malware removal.  BorderWeb does not currently offer computer service in Central Iowa.
